Refund policy

At VnZ Creations, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags and a copy of the invoice.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.


4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size issues or defective/damaged products, subject to stock availability.

  • If an exact replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] or [your phone/WhatsApp]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
