Refund policy
At VnZ Creations, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags and a copy of the invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Earrings and pierced jewellery (due to hygiene reasons).

Customized or personalized products.

Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues or defective/damaged products, subject to stock availability.

If an exact replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] or [your phone/WhatsApp]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
